Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the Seller desires to sell to the Buyer fertilizers and the Buyer desires to purchase fertilizers offered for sale by the Seller, agrees to purchase price and delivery under the terms and conditions set forth below.
The Seller shall sell and deliver to the Buyer fertilizers under the terms specified in the Invoices issued pursuant to this Agreement. Each Invoice shall specify the applicable price, packaging details, and fertilizers supply volume, which shall form an integral part of this Agreement.
